Peachtree Centre is a skilled nursing facility located in Gaffney, South Carolina.

Our goal is to provide the best nursing care in Cherokee County. We focus on implementing continuous quality improvement measures across the entire spectrum of the healthcare services we provide. We will continue to seek better standards to provide a loving, welcoming and encouraging environment so residents can reach their highest potential in physical, emotional and social well-being.
